Bryan graduated from Appalachian State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing. He has been in the residential mortgage business for the last 27 years. Prior to Uwharrie Bank Mortgage, Bryan was a Partner and Mortgage Loan Officer at Myers Park Mortgage. Bryan is experienced in all phases of the Mortgage business, including Conventional loans, FHA, USDA and JUMBO loans.
