Uwharrie Bank Mortgage is a direct lender. This means we handle the entire lending process in our office.  We handle the processing and underwriting, and we use our money to fund the loan. Nothing is outsourced. This is an important consideration as you choose a lender. Most of the lending community does not do their own underwriting. Because Uwharrie Bank Mortgage does, we can tightly monitor the entire process.

20 Year Conventional Fixed mortgage rate is based on a purchase transaction with a loan amount of $715,000, 75% LTV and a credit score of 780. $5,122.48 payment does not include taxes and insurance premiums. The actual payment amount will be greater. Some state and county maximum loan amount restrictions may apply.  If LTV is greater than 80%, private mortgage insurance will be required. Private mortgage insurance will increase your payment amount and your APR.

15 Year Conventional Fixed mortgage rate is based on a purchase transaction with a loan amount of $715,000, 75% LTV and a credit score of 780. $5,937.43 payment does not include taxes and insurance premiums. The actual payment amount will be greater. Some state and county maximum loan amount restrictions may apply.  If LTV is greater than 80%, private mortgage insurance will be required. Private mortgage insurance will increase your payment amount and your APR.

30 Year FHA/VA Fixed mortgage rate is based on a purchase transaction with a base loan amount of $420,000, 95% LTV and a credit score of 780. $2,426.45 payment does not include taxes and insurance premiums. The actual payment amount will be greater. Some state and county maximum loan amount restrictions may apply. Monthly Mortgage Insurance premiums (MIP) and upfront Mortgage Insurance Premiums apply to FHA loans. VA Funding Fee applies to VA loans.

30 Year USDA mortgage rate is based on a purchase transaction with a base loan amount of $420,000, 95% LTV and a credit score of 780. $2,408.80 payment does not include taxes and insurance premiums. The actual payment amount will be greater. Some state and county maximum loan amount restrictions may apply. USDA monthly Guaranty Fee applies.
